What about Unity Mode Ubuntu Menu on the corner? When I install an applications as of say Google Chrome its running fine but its wasn't showing in the Unity Mode Ubuntu Menu. I couldn't find even the setting option to change the menu items of the Unity Mode Ubuntu menu. I even restarted the Guest OS Ubuntu and restarted VMWare also. Is there any way we can add installed applications icons in the the Unity mode menu?

Yes vitualbox is great.
If you use the the guestdditions you can itegrate the mouse seemlessly and
also expand and shrink the virtalbox windows and it adjusts the sceen
settings automatically. Also sharing folders is great.
